Sounds like a great area. If the correct price for the region? The financing conditions are good? Are there any drawbacks section? Are there any restrictive participate covenents? What the neighbors have to say about the quality, price and nothing more? There is plenty of water and access? Are there legal access to property? What are the easements on them and for what?
